and send you an e-mail to let you know when the item(s)

*If your Order Form does not send properly, you may need to
adjust your browser
settings. If your browser
settings are correct and your Order
Form still does not send properly, you can send us your
order in one of the two following ways:

Print out the Order Form,
fill in the relevant information, and fax it to us

Shipping (Domestic):
Please pay the shipping
costs listed for each item. If you are ordering two or more
different kinds of items, we will send you an e-mail to let
you know the shipping cost. The maximum shipping cost is 600
yen. However, shipping will be free in the following situations:
- You purchase two or more videotapes, DVDs, or laser
disks at the same time.
- The total price of the item(s) you ordered is over
10,000 yen.
Payment (for Customers in Japan):
Please choose one of the two following methods of payment: (1) Cash on delivery or (2) postal transfer.

Cash on Delivery: This is a system in which you pay
the postman when your order is delivered to you. There
is an additional 300 yen fee when using this method
of payment. (The fee is 500 yen for delivery on Sundays
or delivery on a day designated by the customer.) |

Advance payment into our bank account: Please deposit the amount into our bank account that will be advised after our receipt of your firm order. We will send you goods soon after we confirme our receipt of the payment. Transfer fees are to be paid by the customer. |
Payment (for Customers
Overseas):
Overseas customers can pay by international postal money order
or by credit card. Orders will be sent after payment is received.
Money orders may be either in yen or in dollars. (Customers
paying in dollars will be sent an e-mail indicating the cost
of their order calculated in dollars based on the Tokyo market
rate on the day their order was received.)

Friends of Silent Film Association Member Discount:
There is a 5% discount for Friends of Silent Film Association
members. (Please note that certain items do not apply.)
The shipping cost for videotapes,
DVDs, and laser disks to overseas addresses is as follows:
800 yen for one item and 500 yen per item for two or more
items. (In both cases, items are sent by economy airmail.)
For other items and orders of two or more different kinds
of items at one time, we will send you an e-mail to let you
know the shipping cost. |
